About A Touch of Sparkle:

It all started when I was looking for a tutu for my daughter’s first birthday. There weren’t any tutus of good quality in the stores. Online, everything was very expensive. I ended up settling for a store bought tutu. It turned out to be just okay looking.  After that experience, I decided that I was going to learn how to make my own tutus for my daughter. I wanted super poofy, bright, durable, great quality tutus.  So I worked for months and tried several different techniques until I found the best way to make a tutu. I had created the poofiest, most durable, best quality tutu.  I have to tell you, I was very proud. When my daughter started wearing her tutus out in public, I realized that others would be looking for a tutu like the ones I made for my daughter. Every time we went somewhere, several people would complement her tutu and ask where they could get one. This is when A Touch of Sparkle began.
